United States might not pass to second round. But that in no way means that
Mexico is better than US. With that said, our zone has improved drastically
so I see why it might have been difficult for Mexico in qualifying. Mexico
has the talent to do better and I know they will. But do not by any means
confuse the might of Mexico with the performance against New Zealand which
was an extremely weak team. Croatia and Cameroon are nothing compared to NZ
and are 20 times better. In addition, that Mexican team was a last resort
emergency muster of players, selected to get the job done. But as of right
now, Mexico doesn’t even have an actual National Team. Nobody knows what
players are going to Brazil. Taking into consideration that the National
squad base was made up of Club America, remember they just lost to Leon
miserably, so there are questions there too. So to say Mexico is going to
pass to second round with flying colors or that they at this moment are
better than USA, hmmmmm… I beg to differ.
All I can say to USA is good luck trying to get out of the group stage in
the World Cup with Portugal and Germany there.

win and a playoff to get into the world cup.

much lower. Mexico fans were acting as if beating NZ was a determining
factor in the resolution of their ongoing problems with their national
