The manager of the United States national football team, Jurgen Klinsmann has been recognized for his recent series of positive results with the American squad as he managed to somehow advance through the group stages of the 2014 World Cup in a group that was considered to be one of the toughest out of the entire tournament.
Klinsmann also guided the American national team to Gold Cup victory in 2013 and now the German coach was named in the shortlist of managers who are eligible of winning the FIFA Coach of the Year award which will be officially named on January 15.
The full list of managers includes: Carlo Ancelotti, Antonio Conte, Pep Guardiola, Joachim Low, Jose Mourinho, Manuel Pellegrini, Alejandro Sabella, Diego Simeone, Louis van Gaal and Jurgen Klinsmann.
All those managers that were mentioned in the shortlist of FIFA have managed to reach an impressive feat in the past season.
Carlo Ancelotti was able to secure the Champions League in his first season in charge of Real Madrid. Antonio Conte is doing a superb job in his new managerial role as the coach of Italy and Conte also managed to guide Juventus to their 3rd consecutive Italian League, Serie A title.
Pep Guardiola continues pushing Bayern Munich to new heights and more records being broken as each season passes on. Joachim Low was one of the master minds behind the success of Germany who were claimed as the champions of the world and ran past everyone in their 2014 World Cup campaign.
Each manager has their own kind of record or feat that they have accomplished recently and are now being recognized by FIFA.
